Even though the first one is really good,
I really like the second drawing

I just love everything about the newer one

I like how in the new one you didn't go for a more common pose and it was more unique than the old one. You explored new things and made your art look more interesting. And it seems more relaxed and natural too! Plus you drew more pokemon and I approve of that ahaha <33
But one of the things I'd say I like for certain more in the 2013 is the pin//poke-ball clip... You drew like a ledge and it shows more depth! And the way you drew the hair, I like it! Your style now seems... more mature for some reason?
But I really like 2012 too! It's a happy, playful type of style and she's adorable there too. The eyes are pretty, eheh.
